Akobi College of Health Technology – Online Admission Instructions

Welcome to the online admission portal of Akobi College of Health Technology. Please read the instructions carefully before starting your application to ensure a smooth and successful process.


Step 1: Prepare Your Documents

Before starting your online application, ensure you have the following documents scanned and saved on your device:

  • Birth Certificate or National ID
  • Academic Certificates (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or equivalents)
  • Passport-sized Photograph (JPEG or PNG format)
  • Letters of Recommendation (optional)

Step 2: Create an Account

  1. Visit the college admission portal at: [www.akobicoht.com/online_admission​]
  2. Click on “Admission”.
  3. Fill in your personal information including full name, email address, and phone number.
  4.  Email registration will send to mail.

Step 3: Complete the Offline Application Form

  1. Goto Admission  .
  2. Navigate to “Download Application Form”.
  3. Fill in all sections of the form accurately:
    • Personal Information
    • Next of Kin / Emergency Contact
    • Educational Background
    • Program of Interest
  4. Attached scanned copies of your supporting documents in the required formats.
  5. Send to Addmission@akobicoht.com

Step 4: Review and Submit On Application

  • Carefully review all the information you provided.
  • Ensure all uploaded documents are clear and legible.
  • Click “Submit Application” to complete your online application.

Step 5: Payment of Application Fee

  1. After submission, you will be redirected to the payment portal.
  2. The application fee is ₦25,000 (please check the current fee on the portal).
  3. Payment can be made via online transfer, debit card, or mobile banking.
  4. Once payment is successful, a confirmation receipt will be sent to your email.

Step 6: Track Your Application

  • Visit Admission anytime to track the status of your application.
  • By click on check admission status.
  • Updates regarding admission, interview schedules, or additional requirements will be posted on your portal dashboard and sent via email.

Important Notes

  • Ensure all personal and academic information is accurate; false information may lead to disqualification.
  • Keep a copy of your submitted application and payment receipt for future reference.
